Payment

We require full payment in advance for any services rendered. Clients are also responsible for covering any applicable taxes associated with the payment.

Revisions

We offer a 14-day window for revisions, which can be extended if exceptional circumstances arise. The following categories apply to revision turnaround times:

  • 24-hour urgency: Revisions will be completed within 24 hours.
  • 24-48 hour urgency: Revisions will be completed within 48 hours.
  • More than 48-hour urgency: Revisions will be completed within 72 hours.
Project Terms

Before commencing any project, our team at KDP Amazon will have a one-on-one consultation with the client to ensure we understand all requirements. Based on the agreed terms, we will ensure any changes or updates during the project are communicated clearly.

Refund Procedure

Refund requests can be made before the work is submitted. Refunds will be processed after deducting transaction fees, which are $150 or 10% of the purchase price, whichever is smaller. Refund requests are not accepted after the work has been submitted.

  • Post-purchase refund policy: No refunds will be issued within 90 days after purchase.
  • No refund after final approval of the work.

If you're unsatisfied with the service, you must submit a refund request within 7 days of completing your order. Percentage-based refunds may apply under our revision policies, depending on the circumstances.

Terms of Use

KDP Amazon’s services are designed to help authors realize their publishing goals. While we do not provide certifications or warranties, we ensure a high standard of service. We are not liable for any issues, delays, or damages that may occur, including but not limited to, operational failures, data loss, or unauthorized access.

By accepting our terms and conditions, you agree to indemnify KDP Amazon against any third-party claims arising from your violation of intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, and from your use of our website or services.

Refund Policy

At KDP Amazon, we take pride in offering premium book publishing services designed to deliver outstanding results through a collaborative, multi-expert approach. To maintain the integrity of our work and ensure fair compensation for all team members involved, we uphold the following refund policy:

  • No Refunds After Project Commencement

    Due to the customized and labor-intensive nature of our services—including manuscript editing, cover design, formatting, publishing setup, marketing, ghostwriting, and consultations—we do not offer refunds once a project has commenced.
    Once work begins, multiple professionals are assigned to different aspects of your publishing package. Each contributor commits time, expertise, and resources from the outset. As such, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or refund requests after project initiation.

  • Unlimited Revisions Guarantee

    To ensure your satisfaction, we offer unlimited revisions within the scope of the original project brief. This applies to editing, design, formatting, and other deliverables as specified in your selected package. Our goal is to meet or exceed your expectations before final delivery.
    Note: Revisions beyond the original scope or that involve significant directional changes may incur additional charges, which will be communicated in advance.

  • Project Cancellation Before Start

    If you choose to cancel your project before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any administrative or consultation fees already incurred. Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase for eligibility assessment.

  • Disputes and Chargebacks

    If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us directly at info@kdpamazonus.com so we can resolve the issue quickly and professionally. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in suspension of current and future services.
